The recently refurbished waterfront is the headline feature at Mavi Koy. Though entirely private, it is equal in size to any of Kalkan’s public beach clubs - a luxury without parallel in coastal Turkey!

Two complimentary sea kayaks are available for you to use from the private waterfront throughout your stay. Additional motorised water sports are available locally and can be delivered to the villa. Detailed information on this service is available locally.

Our small and professional team are based locally. Whilst we are here to help you, we also respect your privacy. If you need anything during your stay, ask our professional team who will do their utmost to help. And if you don’t need us, we will simply leave you in peace.

While it is imperative that your house functions like clockwork, the behind-the-scenes cleaning and maintenance will be carried out discreetly and sensitively. We envisage that most of the day-to-day upkeep will occur without you knowing, but if guests prefer to alter times of the cleaning or linen changes simply let your assistant know. We will do all we can to accommodate your preferences and respect your privacy.

While the kitchen is fully functional and recently refurbished, we recognise that many of our Guests have not come on holiday to cook. Kalkan is just a short stroll from the villa and there are an enormous amount of restaurants to choose from. However, should you prefer to luxuriate at home and enjoy the magnificent views and facilities there are many local culinary enthusiasts who will be pleased to take care of your catering needs throughout your stay. A home delivery shopping service is available to our Guests throughout their stay and is provided by the local grocer who stocks our hampers. Payment is taken on receipt and prices are the same as those found in store, there is an admin fee of £25 or £40 dependent on the size of the order.

The Adda Motor Cruiser is available to charter throughout your stay. The day commences at approximately 10 am departing from Kalkan harbour. Enjoy meandering from cove to cove with plenty of stops to snorkel and swim. A glorious Turkish lunch and afternoon tea is served on board and included within the rate. The day concludes at 17.00. Timings can be reconfirmed locally if taking a private charter. Maximum Capacity: 8 Guests (private charter) 6 Guests (individual places). Please enquire for further information.

Kalkan and the wider region has an enormous amount to offer, steeped in history and wonderfully diverse scenery we highly recommend venturing out and about at some point during your stay. We are pleased to organise an array of privately guided experiences such as visiting remote mountain villages, cookery lessons and sites of cultural and historical interest.
