Neither hotel nor villa, the spectacular Mavi Koy is enhanced by an array of carefully crafted enhanced services providing an opportunity to enjoy the luxury, space and comfort of a private villa but with hotel style service. With this in mind, the pricing structure for Mavi Koy is unique to marry up with the enhanced services provided.

Prices are displayed based on two-person occupancy of the villa. Each additional guest (2yrs+) is £350pp regardless of age and duration of stay. The enhanced services described below are also included.

• Private Return Airport Transfers (Dalaman) ** Antalya transfers available with a small supplement payable.
• An air-conditioned Chevrolet Captiva Jeep, or similar ,suitable for up to 7 guests
• A Well Provisioned Arrival Hamper
• Water and Bread Delivery Service
• Kayaks

Please note the main changeover day is Saturday. However, guests can elect to arrive on any day and for any duration with the full week cost applied for any part week of occupancy (based on Saturday-Saturday operation).

Payment Terms

To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost. The remaining balance for the holiday is due ten weeks prior to arrival. For any bookings made within this 10 week window the balance will be due in full at the point of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note we do not take AMEX. By making payment you are agreeing to our cancellation conditions which can be found below.

Should you be forced to cancel your reservation. Please send us an email and we will apply the following charges to cover our estimated loss.

Cancellation charge is shown as a percentage of the total holiday cost, together with the scale of charges:

More than 70 days prior to arrival:  Loss of deposit

69-43 days prior to arrival: 75% of the price

42 days or less prior to arrival:  100% of the price
