Mavi Koy enjoys the largest sea frontage of any private house in Kalkan with steps and diving platforms provide access to fabulous sea swimming.  The large, private waterfront is yours alone to while away the hours overlooking the inky blue waters and pop in for a cooling dip. It is built on several levels with the top terrace housing a kitchenette and barbecue area.

Days can be spent here hopping in the villa’s kayaks and diving into the turquoise sea from the private terrace — there is little reason to leave.  For those who enjoy water sports, a local company who will happily pop over with a boatload of water sport toys – a telephone number is provided.

A Waterfront Breakfast

Enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, pancakes, olives, seasonal fruits and eggs which is served each day on the waterside dining terrace. After a leisurely breakfast relax on scattered cushions and sun beds under the shade of the olive trees.
