A steep drive leads from the main road to the car parking and entrance. From here steps lead through the extensive terraced rear garden to the first floor.

First Floor

As Mavi Koy is built on a hillside, entrance is at First Floor level.

The front door opens into a porch, which in turn leads into a huge open-plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Picture windows provide dramatic views across the bay. A shower/WC is located by the entrance. French windows open onto a spacious terrace with dining area, which leads onto the large private pool and pool terrace.

Internal steps lead from the entrance to the master and second master bedrooms which are large rooms with kingsize double beds and widescreen sea views.

Both have bathrooms with bath and separate shower/WC. The master bedroom has a private balcony and a wonderful picture window. The second bedroom again has superb views and a spacious terrace which is shared with the master bedroom.

External steps lead from the first floor pool terrace down to the garden terrace and elegant pergola with its wonderful sea views on this level there are four further bedrooms.

On the left side is the the sixth bedroom which is prepared as a twin with en-suite shower /WC.  It is extremely large and spacious with a seating area and is accessed from the garden. This room is away from the others so is ideal for guests seeking privacy. shower/WC. Close to this room is the small air-conditioned gym which is equipped with light weights and a running machine.

A path leads to the final three bedrooms which sit directly below the main house. All are of a good size.

The third double has a king size bed and has an en-suite shower/WC.

The remaining two bedrooms are both double and have an en-suite shower/WC.

All three rooms open onto a glorious terrace with comfortable seating and an open-air Jacuzzi is the perfect spot to drink in the awe-inspiring sea sea views.

A path leads through the manicured, fragrant gardens to the private beach platforms below which are the absolute highlight of this remarkable property.

The NEW and extended private beach platforms are quite a superb feature. They are entirely private, and offer ample space to soak up the rays and slip in and out of the sea at leisure – a luxury without parallel in coastal Turkey!

The terrace has various levels with the top level housing a kitchenette and barbecue area as well as a large alfresco dining space. This is designed to allow guests to enjoy what is arguably Kalkan’s finest location throughout the day and into the night. There really is no better spot for languid waterside lunches.

The platforms closest to the sea are scattered with cushions and day beds, the perfect spot for loafing and lounging while admiring the bay views. Overhead are several olive groves providing a smidge of natural shade. Ladders lead into the inky blue sea and there are even a couple of kayaks to keep the active entertained.
